How to Exchange
or Return an Item. Timebeat4teensYou may return any item within 30 days of purchase that has not been worn, laundered, or altered without prior authorization. Please ensure that you provide an order number or the billing name and address in order to ensure proper credit. If available, send the bottom of your shipping receipt for fastest processing. Exchanges. Call us immediately with any desired size, style, or color exchanges. Some styles have been discontinued by our manufacturers, and will no longer be available. All exchanges and returns will be processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your credit has been processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for any credits to appear on your credit card statement. (If you paid by check, we will mail you a check with 1-2 days after receiving your return.) For your own protection, insure all packages that you send us. Timebeat4teens.com will not credit you for any packages that we do not receive. We also offer free pickup of your package via UPS.
