Shipping Options & Information

We currently ship within the United States and to Canada. USPS Priority Mail is available to Canada.

Within the U.S., we'll ship your merchandise via UPS Ground for FREE if your purchase is above $25. All oders will be ship with in 7days of order unless noted on back order.

Please note: In case of returns, you will be charged for shipping if the total purchase is adjusted to less than $50, or $100, respectively.

Note that for U.S. Military addresses, and P.O. Boxes, you will need to select USPS Priority Mail (you may select UPS Next Day Air, but we must ship your order via the US Postal Service Express Mail due to the fact that UPS does not deliver to U.S. Military and P.O. Boxes).

You will be asked to specify the shipping method at checkout (if ordering on-line).

We ship all merchandise in discreet, plain packaging, which lists only our name and return address, as well as your name and delivery address - no logos or pictures.

We charge your credit card when your merchandise ships, unlike other on-line stores who charge your card immediately, and take several days or weeks to actually ship your merchandise.

We will confirm your order with an e-mail immediately. We will also send you e-mail telling you when your order has shipped, which will include package tracking information. If you do not receive that e-mail within a couple of hours of placing your order, call 1-561 625 4499 . Your purchase is accompanied by an invoice that summarizes your transaction, including any required state taxes, shipping costs, and the price paid (we routinely do not include an invoice when the Bill To and Ship To names do not match in order to avoid spoiling a surprise).
