If you purchase an item from us, and it doesn't fit - simply follow the instructions below to schedule a UPS pickup at your office or residence. Reseal the item(s) in the original shipping box. Address as follows: UPS will pick up your return within 48 hours in most cases. The offer to pick up your return is limited to physical U.S. addresses - No P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or private mailboxes. Important: Note that return shipping is at our expense. You will not be charged for the return shipping costs. Does not apply to international shipments, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes. Please ensure that returned items have not been worn, laundered, or altered. See our Return Policy for more information. Schedule a Pickup This form allows you to schedule a pick up at a specified address. Enter your original Order Confirmation number (if available) and click the "Submit" button. Once at our shopping cart system, enter your e-mail address and click on the "Process Order" button. Make sure the Shipping Address is the pickup address (this must be a physical address - No P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO please). We will issue a UPS Call Tag, and your package will be picked up typically within 48 hours but may take up to 3 to 5 days. Select UPS Ground ($0.00). Enter your billing information so we can credit your charge card, or enter "0" as the credit card number to credit the card used in your original purchase. Thank you!
